Meet The Staff

  • Managing Director: Jessica Noel
  • Aloha students and parents! I moved from California to Hawaii 8 years ago to pursue a degree with Hawaii Pacific University. As I began college at HPU, I moved into the Ohana Dorm building as a student and lived within the building my full 4 years of college until I graduated from HPU with a major in Business. Throughout my time as a student, I worked at the Ohana Dorm as a Resident Assistant and as the Leasing Manager. I have successfully worked in student housing for 8 years now and believe that students pursuing their education have the ability to benefit from living in a 100% student community as I personally have. I am currently married, love reading and enjoy spending my free time with my family and friends.
  • Site Manager: Jason Kralemann
  • Aloha! I was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri and moved to Hawaii to pursue a degree with Hawaii pacific University in Business. I find my position within Hawaii Student Housing and at the Ohana Dorm rewarding as I get to assist young adults by means of promoting maturity both personally and out in the real world. I have a beautiful wife and we enjoy hitting the beach, watching baseball, and taking our dogs to the park.
  • Leasing Manager: Tom Kloss
  • Aloha! I was born and raised in Youngstown Ohio. I got my start in student housing 6 years ago while living in New York City. I moved to Hawaii 3 years ago and I have been working with Hawaii Student Housing and at the Ohana Dorm since that time. As Leasing Manager some of my main duties are to match roommates and handle any room change requests. I’m also here for any questions or concerns you as student may have.
  • Director of Residential Life: Faitolo Ueligitone
  • Aloha and Talofa! I was born in Hawaii but grew up in California and American Samoa. I moved back to the island in 2004 and have been here ever since. Working with residents at the Ohana Dorm and helping them to succeed is a rewarding experience all on its own. What better place is there to do so than in Hawaii? As the on-site Student Life Coordinator my office is open to all residents for any questions or concerns.
